Production is net: completed production less insurance write-offs and adjustments, from Dental Intelligence, credited to the office where the work was done. Targets stay at the office where they were budgeted, so a provider who works at another office shows there without a target. Working days are Dental Intelligence's provider working days; for a provider who works at more than one office they are split by where the work was done. Office and practice totals also include office-level adjustments that Dental Intelligence does not attribute to a provider; they are not listed as rows. Per day = production ÷ working days. Subtotals and totals use summed values.
